Ann Daniel, NP-C
Ann Daniel received her bachelor's in nursing in 1980 from Valdosta State University, formerly Valdosta State College, in Valdosta and her master's in 1996 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL.
She began in LaGrange in 1980 as a registered nurse with West Georgia Medical Center's Intensive Care Unit, an Assistant Head Nurse with West Georgia Medical Center's Surgical Intensive Care Unit from 1986 to 1988, a part-time clinical nursing instructor through LaGrange College between 1989 and 1994, and a nurse practitioner with Southern Cardiopulmonary Association, now West Georgia Cardiology, in 1996. West Georgia Cardiology provides prompt new patient evaluations; in-office stress tests and echocardiograms; advanced imaging in the hospital with 3D-TEE (trans-esophageal echocardiography); cardiac MRI and coronary CT; and continued hospital care of new and established patients.
She is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
