Dr. Coggins received his gastroenterology training at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic and opened his LaGrange practice in 1991. You can request your own appointment at his practice, West Georgia Physicians Gastroenterology; a physician referral is not necessary.

Dr. Coggins and his staff treat diseases of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, gall bladder, liver and pancreas, such as:

Gastroenterology fellowships are only undertaken after four years of medical school and three years of internal medicine residency.
